Free Site Survey

To help our clients determine the most appropriate cleanroom for their needs, we offer free site surveys. With a site survey or inspection, our experts at Saakvee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. can effectively determine what design of cleanroom will best benefit your organisation. If you already have a cleanroom in place, we can still provide a site inspection to ensure your cleanrooms and equipment installation are correctly built, operating optimally and safely, as well as compliant with industry or other relevant regulations and standards.

Saakvee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. site survey experts perform cleanroom testing according to valid authority regulations, classifications, and standards. The classification of cleanrooms is done according to size and the number of particles per volume of air allowable in the secure environment. We have specialised tools (optic particle counters) to measure this.

The survey of your cleanroom will also involve an accurate measurement of the physical dimensions of the cleanroom and its installations. Depending on your industry, we can also look into surface contamination speed, bio-contamination level, and conduct other necessary special testing.

If you are unconvinced that our free site survey is something you need, some of the key benefits a site survey will deliver to your organisation are:

  • Ensures the safety of your cleanroom, personnel, equipment, and overall premises
  • Minimises downtime and keep your cleanroom’s usability at the highest level
  • Verify energy efficiency and determine how best to reduce carbon footprint of your cleanroom
  • Verify your cleanroom is operating according to relevant regulations and standards
  • Takes occupational health and safety aspects into account
  • Ensure that the cleanroom’s design and performance is cost-efficient.
  • Assures the cleanroom meets technical requirements
  • Verifies that new constructions or ventilation systems added to the cleanroom are carried out correctly and on schedule

Modular Cleanroom Benefits

  • Modular Construction
  • Quick Assembly Time
  • Versatility
  • Reconfiguration
  • Airflow Control
  • Inexpensive Modifications

Using Our Free Site Survey To Your Benefit

At your convenience, we will provide you with a free site survey to determine which of the following options will best satisfy your cleanroom needs:

1. Cleanroom Wall Finishes

The wall finish of your cleanroom will significantly impact how you are able to utilise your cleanroom and what you can accomplish within it. With a site survey before designing or installing your cleanroom, you can effectively determine which wall finish will work best for you.

Available options for wall finish include:

Softwall Strip Curtain:

These are typically made of PVC. The design has a slight curve to create an overlap between strips that create an effectively closed wall. The chief benefit of this option is it only opens upon entering thus maintaining the integrity of the cleanroom. You can opt for a transparent or non-transparent option of the softwall strip curtain

Hardwall Panels

This is available as partly transparent or partly opaque which are respectively made from polycarbonate and PVC. It is highly resistant to solvents and is ideal for internal or external partitions

2.Cleanroom Ceiling

We have a variety of ceiling options available for cleanrooms, including Gasket Ceiling Systems, Grid Ceiling Systems, Walkable Grid Ceiling Systems, and more. The provided ceiling is guaranteed to come with a 100% flush finish and other benefits to make cleaning and maintaining it easy.

8. Filter System

The correct filter type for your cleanroom will depend on the secured environment’s ISO class. HEPA stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air. HEPA filters are the most popular option in terms of filter choices. They filter out 99.99% of particles 0.3µm or larger. When maintained properly and in the right environment, these filters can last upwards of 7 years before they have to be replaced.

Ultra Low Particulate Air filters function similarly to HEPA filters, but are even more efficient. ULPA filters are rated to remove 99.999% of all contaminants larger than 0.12µm in diameter. Since ULPA filters function similarly to HEPA filters, the maintenance and replacement processes are largely the same. The real difference is that ULPA filters are generally much more expensive than HEPA filters, making your maintenance plan all the more important

9. Temperature Control

Cleanroom temperature control will ensure user comfort and protection of critical processes. Whether to opt for a centralised or decentralised temperature control system will be determined during the survey.

10. Floor

The right flooring will not emit particles and will be easy to keep clean
